    Today, I saw the movie "Mountain Queen: The Summits of Lhakpa Serpa (2023)" about the first Nepali woman to summit and descend Mt. Everest. She did it 10 times + once on K2. Very tough woman and an interesting movie to watch. Currently on Netflix.

    It looks like, at least in the USA, that electric car sales (excluding Tesla) are having a lot of trouble. Even including a tax break, people are finding EVs to be just too expensive and inconvenient. On the other hand, Toyota is doing great selling it's hybrids. Perhaps it's just too early for EVs. How about where you live?

The problem is more on the 100,000 mile requirement. Lots of people pass that barrier in just 3-4 years. Then comes a huge cost to replace that first battery or get another vehicle.   More ...
